Since launching in 2021, we’ve offered 11,000 complimentary counselling hours to Canadian women. Every single one of those hours was used to help a Canadian woman get the mental health support she needs and deserves.
For the remainder of 2022, we continue on our mission of providing affordable, accessible and convenient mental health support to women through our free mental health resources and subscriptions for one year of self-guided Therapy. Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) puts you in the driver’s seat of your mental health and well-being and allows you to get the support you need, anytime, anywhere, and on your schedule.
